VIMIX Terms of Service

Welcome to Vimix.io. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Service Description
Vimix.io is a platform providing Text-to-Speech tools using AI technology. We integrate third-party providers (such as ElevenLabs, Microsoft, Google, Capcut...) to deliver high-quality services with a wide variety of voices.
2. Account and Security
We use Clerk for authentication management. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You may not share your account with multiple users. Vimix reserves the right to permanently ban accounts if account sharing or proxy abuse is detected.
3. Credits & Payment Policy
Vimix uses 2 types of credits:
Subscription Credits (Monthly plan)
- Renewed each billing cycle.
- Rollover: Unused credits carry over to the next month, but total balance cannot exceed 3 times the plan limit (max 3 months accumulation).
- Grace Period: If your plan expires, you can still keep and use remaining credits for 60 days. After that, credits reset to Starter level (3,000).
Top-up Credits (Additional purchase)
- Preserved permanently and never expire (unless you delete your account).
Credit Conversion Rates
Credit consumption is calculated based on character count and voice type used:

| Vimix Voices (Creator+) | 0.1x | 1 credit = 10 characters |
| Premium Voices | 1.1x | ElevenLabs, Minimax (1.1 credits = 1 character) |
| SRT Subtitles | +15% | Surcharge for exporting subtitle files (.SRT) with Premium Voices |
Example: Creating 1,000 character audio with ElevenLabs + SRT = 1,265 credits
Refund Policy: Payments for Subscriptions and Top-ups are non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors on our system causing incorrect charges.
4. Fair Use Policy
For features labeled "Unlimited" (e.g., Edge/Capcut Voices):
- We apply soft limits to prevent abuse (bots, spam, data scraping).
- If your usage exceeds the average of 99% of individual users (e.g., over 20M characters/month), we may reduce processing speed or require you to upgrade to an Enterprise plan.
5. Prohibited Content & Liability
You agree NOT to use Vimix to create content that:
- Is fraudulent, impersonating, or spreading misinformation (Deepfake).
- Incites hatred, discrimination, pornography, or violence.
- Violates applicable laws.
Vimix is a Tool Provider and is not responsible for user-generated content. We reserve the right to provide user information to authorities if requested for investigation.
6. Service Changes
Vimix reserves the right to change pricing, plan limits, or discontinue certain voices depending on changes from upstream AI providers. We will announce changes through Vimix communication channels.
